Supporting program, November 9

We look forward to welcoming you to our supporting program on November 9. Participants can choose between three program options. In addition to technical insights, this day will be dedicated to exchanging experiences, informal discussions, and networking with other participants and foundation staff.

 

Information on participation:

• The offers are not included in the ticket price for the symposium and are therefore subject to a fee.
• Online registration is only for reserving your place; tickets must be purchased on site.
• Travel arrangements are to be made individually. Recommendations for suitable connections and means of transport can be found on our website.
• The tours take place in groups.

1. ManufakTOUR – Personal tour of the traditional Meissen porcelain manufactory, accompanied by Janet Tamme-Hentzschel (MPS), duration approx. 2 hours.
2. Ticket: 50 EUR per person
3. Meeting point: 10:45 a.m. at the main entrance of Erlebniswelt MEISSEN

4. Followed by: Lunch together at Café MEISSEN (at your own expense)

5. “The Blue Swords. Meissen in the GDR”, personal guided tour of the exhibition at Japanese Palace in Dresden (SKD), accompanied by Susanne Bochmann (MPS), duration approx. 2 hours
6. Ticket: 6 EUR per person
7. Meeting point: 10:45 a.m. at the main entrance of the Japanese Palace in Dresden

8. Followed by: Lunch together at your own expense

9. Terra Mineralia – Visit to the international mineral collection at Freudenstein Castle, Freiberg, accompanied by Anja Weidemann (MPS), duration approx. 2 hours
